U.S. Senator Richard J. Durbin
Senator Durbin is the 47th U.S. Senator from the State of Illinois and the first Illinois senator to serve on the U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee in more than a quarter of a century. He is the state's senior senator and the founder of Tomorrow's Democrats.

State Senator Lisa Madigan
State Senator Lisa Madigan, represents Illinois' 17th State Senate District which encompasses many Chicago neighborhoods. She also serves as the Youth Outreach Coordinator for the Illinois Democratic Women, an organization working for more equitable representation and participation of Democratic women in Illinois government

Mayor Douglas P. Scott
Doug Scott of Rockford, an attorney, was called on to carry the Democratic position during floor debates on key legislative initiatives.

Joel Hammerman - President

Joel Hammerman, the President of Tomorrow's Democrats, is an attorney who lives and works in Chicago. Originally from Evanston, he attended the University of Texas at Austin where he majored in history and government. Joel is also a graduate of the Harvard Law School. After finishing law school, Joel clerked for the Honorable Sarah Vance before joining the law firm of Sidley & Austin where he still works today.

LaToya Dixon is a Graduate Assistant at the Women's Center at the University of Illinois at Springfield. As an Undergraduate, Dixon was affiliated with Minorities in Political Science, College Democrats, Coalition for Justice, Champaign County Voter Registrar, and the League of Women Voters.

Dixon's currently affiliated with the College Democrats at UIS and is a member of the Illinois Women in Government. She holds a Bachelors in Political Science and Speech Communication and is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Administration.

Nicole Lisk resides in Springfield and works for the Illinois State Senate Minority Leader as an appropriations analyst. Lisk attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and served in several offices for the College Democrats. Lisk was also the Zone Coordinator for the Dawn Clark- Netsch Gubernatorial campaign in '94, assisted with campus grass roots organization for the Clinton Presidential campaign in '92 and '96, and was active in U of I Student Government. Lisk is also a Sangamon County Young Democrat.

Brendan McGinty is a business owner actively involved in Illinois Democratic politics. His company, Leo Media, has provided political media support for the Democratic Party of Illinois, Tomorrow's Democrats, and candidates across the State. McGinty serves as Secretary for Tomorrow's Democrats, and has served on the Champaign County Democratic Party Executive Committee and the Plan Commission for the City of Urbana. McGinty holds a B.A. in liberal arts, majoring in history and minoring in political science, from the University of Illinois.
