Dear Friends,
Thank you for the opportunity to represent the 103rd district in Springfield
for the next two years. I will do my best to represent the contributions,
the aspirations, and the needs of the entire district in the state
government.
This autumn made me appreciate more than ever the role of an entire
community of people in electing a candidate. The same holds true for being
a good representative of a district, and accomplishing worthy goals in
state
government. No person can do that without a supportive community. As I
go
to Springfield, I am fully mindful that I am but one of 118 members of
the
House of Representatives, and a freshman member at that. But I am also
mindful that our district has the ability to have a unique and powerful
voice in Illinois' future, through the expertise and passionate concern
for
the good of the community that is concentrated here. I will work very
hard
to quickly learn how to get things done in Springfield, and will sustain
that effort in getting things done on your behalf. With your continued
help
and input, I am sure we will accomplish a lot for our district and the
entire State.
Sincerely,
Naomi
