TO MARCH IN BUD BILLIKEN PARADE ON SATURDAY U.S. Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) will march in the Bud Billiken Parade on Saturday, August 10, 2002 in Chicago. Durbin will march in spot #66 with Ald. Todd Stroger. (D-8th Ward) and kids from Hands without Guns, a violence prevention program of the Uhlich Children's Home. The Bud Billiken Parade begins at 9:30 a.m.
